No Man Is An Island, Unless You Buy This One

To my delight, there is some primo real estate available in Massachusetts. This island, originally sold for $800 in 1872, is 25 acres and has 4 homes on it and is now going for 7.7 million dollars. How cool would it be to have this place? I would have to resist the urge to make some kind of Pirate shack in the corner.
So, ummm..... can I borrow 7.7 million dollars?
