Not That I Cook But is Amazing

I've had a lot of setbacks in my cooking life in the last few months. There was the Mexican brick casserole that cost $50 in groceries and ended with me almost in tears were it not for the turtle sundae I bought to console myself. There was the "Mediterranean Chicken" which my own father said tasted like "monkey puke", and those are only the 2 most recent. With memories like these it's no wonder I prefer to sit on the counter and drink.
Ok, then I found I'm not saying I'm going to start cooking all the time.... just that I have spent an unhealthy amount of time there. Oh, and I made the stuffed pepper on Sat. (with red pepper instead of green because I think green peppers make everything taste like green peppers) and...... it was actually edible!
