In Appreciation of the Tomatillo.

I've never really had one of these until I "cooked"** this weekend and I am in love with the tomatillo. It all started with this taco idea that I found on Luxirare, led me through the Mexican grocery store where I seriously considered purchasing both a pinata and tortilla maker, and ended with the tomatillo. If you haven't tried them, buy a whole bunch, chop them up, and add jalepeno, beer, and lime juice and use it as salsa or you can just eat them raw.

** I sit on counter and drink, distract person doing actual cooking. True story: I was asked if I had a meat tenderizer..... when will he learn?
