l'Heure Verte (The Green Hour)

New York has a slew of Absinthe bars that have opened in the last year or so and it's officially Absinthe season when they even come out with Absinthe lollipops. I tried the green fairy in Spain a few years ago and ended up throwing empty bottles off of the roof of a hotel I was not staying in with people I didn't know and managed to have a very long conversation with the Spanish garbage men despite my poor level of Spanish. So, pretty amazing stuff.
