Sooshi Ice Cream? Thanks New Zealand!
It looks like sushi, but it's natural ice cream Sooshi. On the outside roll part, Sooshi has a green apple flavored strip. Rice is replaced with vanilla or fruit ice cream, and the center’s is lemon or apricot.Labels: Thanks Global

Love this - very fun!
The name makes it seem nasty, but actually your description sounds quite delicious. It sounds better to me than actual sushi (not a fan)
