Let's Take A Moment For Cake!
I love cakes in all forms so when my friend Dominica sent me this version of the King Cake I decided to investigate. Turns out...... it's supposed to look like this.

Hey.... that cake got rave reviews down here on the island... you try making a cake from scratch without a blender and an oven that hooks up to a propane tank... :-)
